US Staffing interviews and thoroughly screens all applicants, in addition all of our employees have to pass a five-panel drug screen. Background checks, Credit checks, and Motor Vehicle Record checks are done upon client request, and at no cost to our clients. New-hire orientation, work ethics, and safety orientations are a part of our program. We cover all payroll, workers' compensation insurance premiums and unemployment insurance payments. Under our temp to perm program, after 90 days full time employment, you will have the option to hire these employees and place them on your payroll at no additional expense.  Unlike most staffing agencies, overtime hours are included. Attracting and recruiting qualified employees is one thing - we also place special emphasis on retention. We accomplish this by staying in daily communication with our employees and providing bonuses for excellent work.


   Unlike other staffing agencies, we are on call 365 days a year, 24-hours a day.  Our clients can call us any time after hours and request employees for the following day.  We also can tailor our communication and time reporting to suit your needs.
